Studio Agreement — Color Country Studios
Welcome to Color Country Studios! We are thrilled to have your family as part of our dance community.
Tuition & Fees: Tuition is due the 1st of each month; late fees apply after the 10th. Outstanding balances from prior seasons must be cleared before new enrollment. Costume fees due October 1st; competition fees due February 1st.
Attendance: Missing more than two rehearsals before a performance may result in removal from that performance. Five consecutive missed practices may result in removal from competition routines.
Conduct: All dancers must show respect for teachers, teammates, and the studio. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from activities.
Medical Authorization: I authorize Color Country Studios to seek emergency medical treatment for my dancer(s) if needed. I release the studio from liability for injuries during normal participation.
